What are the most common complaints?

AMOUNT OF UTILITY CHARGES

In most cases, users complain about the amount of charges displayed on the statement of utility charges. Utility charges per services on the statement of charges (bill) are received from service providers. In case of error made by a service provider, the service provider shall validate the error, the statement shall be reversed and charges reduced. Then, the bill may be paid at our cash desk or by money order in a post office or bank. If the user wishes to complain about certain services on the bill, they may file an appeal at the customer complaints service desk and if need be, the user is further referred to the service provider i.e. utility companies.

IRREGULAR READING OF WATER METERS AND AMOUNTS OF CHARGES FOR COLD WATER

As regards complaints about cold water service, charges and amounts displayed on the bill, users may file appeals at any customer complaints service desk in branch offices of the Public Utility Company “INFORMATIKA” Novi Sad and at the Customer Complaints Office at 3 Car Lazar Boulevard. If the user receives validation from the Public Utility Company “Water Supply and Sewage” Novi Sad, and the cold water remains overcharged, they should contact the Public Utility Company “INFORMATIKA” Novi Sad, Customer Complaints Office at 3 Car Lazar Boulevard in order to pay the bill in installments. The number of installments depends on the amount of charges per bill.  If the user wishes to pay the corrected amount of charges in full, the bill as such may be paid only at the cash desk of the Public Utility Company “INFORMATIKA” Novi Sad. If the user of an individual water meter complains about irregular reading of the water meter, they can read the water meter themselves and report the balance by phone to following telephone numbers: Public Utility Company “Water Supply and Sewage” Novi Sad – 021 48 83 364, 48 83 371.

OVERCHARGED ELECTRICITY FOR HEATING HOT WATER

Total electricity charges for a certain substation are divided between the total numbers of users connected to the substation. Public Utility Company “INFORMATIKA” Novi Sad receives dinar amounts for every month from the Public Utility Company “Novi Sad Heating” Novi Sad.
